Separation of DNA fragments can be performed in as little as 15 minutes using the Mini-Sub Cell GT cell. EcoRI or HindIII digests of lambda DNA are easily resolved in 1.5 hours at 60 V. The Mini-Sub Cell GT cell is about one-quarter the size of the Sub-Cell GT cell and can resolve up to 30 samples. Its short, narrow format allows 7 and 10 cm runs with speed, simplicity, and economy.
The Mini-Sub Cell GT cell accommodates ReadyAgarose precast gels to save time and allow highly replicable separations, and it includes a buffer tank and safety lid with cables.
